1. Training course for key teachers on inclusive education for provinces (The key teachers are people who direct the work of inclusive education for preschools and primary schools in the districts)
2. Training for homeroom teachers of inclusive classes in primary schools
3. Local education departments organize internal training
4. Schools with teachers who have participated in training conduct internal training
5. Hearing aid assistance and building the toilet for children with wheelchairs.

Activity 1 : July 10 – July 28, 2023: Training for key teachers of Kien Giang and Tra Vinh Provinces.

From July 10 to July 14, 2023
Training was conducted for key teachers in Phu Quoc Island - Kien Giang Province.
Key teachers of Kien Giang: 33 people. Key teachers of Tra Vinh: 30 people
Location: Duong Dong 1 secondary school, in Phu Quoc Island - Kien Giang Province.

July 11 & 12, 2023
Lecturer: Kimura Yasuko: former principal of Ozora primary school, writer of education book, lecture activities all over Japan.
The movie [ School for Everybody] is a documentary movie of Ozora Primary School.

Interpreter: Dr. Nguyen Thi Hanh Thuc (researcher of Fukuzawa Yukichi)　

The purpose of Inclusive Education is to bond child to child, children understand others' character, and children said that differences are character. The role of the teacher is to interpret for children to understand others.
The works of the teacher are not educating children but enriching circumstances.
When an adult is suffering, she asks to help somebody in Ozora primary school, and many adults in Ozora think about how to overcome together and work together. When children watch adults help each other, they try to support suffering children. Children watch adults very well. All adult smiles with hands to hands. This school brings children to help each other.


July 13 & 14, 2023
Lecture: Dr. Vo Thi Hoang Yen - Director of the Center for Disability and Development (DRD) Receives the Ramon Magsaysay Award

I was born into a very poor family in a very poor village with a disability, but now I have dialogued with many doctors, professors, researchers, and company directors all over the world, and I have received many Awards. Though people with disabilities. Though people with poverty, people can do anything. I have joined many meetings of inclusive education all over Vietnam. If people with disability is left behind, it means the talent is left behind. Many people think that people with disabilities do not have the talent to do something. This is wrong. We aim not only for inclusive education but also inclusive society.
Special Education is for one part of people, but Inclusive Education is for everybody.
The purpose of Inclusive Education is that children with a disability think they are not any different from other children.


From July 24 to July 28, 2023 :
The training was conducted for key teachers in Tra Vinh City, Tra Vinh Province.
Key teachers of Kien Giang: 33 people. Key teachers of Tra Vinh: 30 people
Location: Hung Duong Kindergarten in Tra Vinh City, Tra Vinh Province.

July 27 & 28, 2023
Lecture: Mr. Pham Cong Dinh, principal of Le Van Tam Primary School, Dong Nai province, key teacher of the Asia Rainbow project from 2011 to 2016.

Role play of meeting with a team in which a teacher makes an IEP (Individual Education Plan)
After the peaceful meeting, parents, teachers, and principal become more friendly and trust each other, and teachers can understand the details of IEP and Inclusive Education clearly.
