1. Training course for key teachers on inclusive education for provinces (The key teachers are people who direct the work of inclusive education for preschools and primary schools in the districts)

2. Training for homeroom teachers of inclusive classes in primary schools

3. Local education departments organize internal training

4. Schools with teachers who have participated in training conduct internal training

5. Building private room for children with special needs study and building the toilet for children with wheelchairs.

Impressions of Key Teachers

• 2-week course guided me how to manage and support teachers implementing inclusive education. Furthure more, I learned many appropriate strategies in teaching students with disabilitity.
• I have an great opportunitiy to generalize about student with disability and inclusive education. At the end of the cousre, I realized that individual approach is the key of inclusive education.
• After the coure, I feel so confident in case of sharing what I’ve learned to my collegues. All the topics are benefit for all inclusive schools.
• Now I can know some basic characteristics and how to identify each kind of disability. From that, I understand how to find information to compose an individual education plan for student.
• The knowledge and skills I learned from the IEP lesson can help teachers find out the suitatble teaching method and test for all students in inclusive schools.
• I am updated with many legal documents related to the implementation of inclusive education. This helps me a lot in my work for inclusive school.
• I eager to learn more about sign language, to participate in lessons in some inclusive schools to learn from reality circumstances and exchange experience.
